Lamb farm, local-produce tasting and cooking contest at Mas Cases
An immersive day at Mas Cases, in La Bisbal d'Empordà, that connects your team with the origin of food. We begin with a guided visit to the lamb farm: meeting the animals, understanding the productive cycle and discovering the products made on site — cheeses, charcuterie, preserves and artisan derivatives. Then a tasting of local produce with the producers themselves. And to round it off, a team cooking contest out in the open: each group is given the same ingredients and has to prepare a dish with farm produce. A jury scores the result, but the real victory is sharing it at the table. A complete, moving and delicious experience, available year-round.
