Brief
We start with a brief, no strings attached, to understand objectives, constraints, dates and tone. We leave with the right questions.
Proposal
Within 2 to 5 days you'll have a tailored proposal with 2–3 different scenarios in terms of energy, ambition and budget. We iterate until you say yes.
Execution
Full production with a dedicated project lead. Logistics, partners, contingency. You only need to be present.
Wrap-up
Follow-up meeting with structured feedback, metrics and a read on what worked. A starting point for the next one.
